If the Organisation is a company, this document must be signed in accordance with s127 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). If the Organisation is a partnership, at least two partners must sign. If the Organisation is an unincorporated association, at least the President and either the Treasurer or Secretary must sign. This application will only be considered if all items are completed or marked ‘Not Applicable’.
